Israeli Double Bass player Ehud Ettun performed at venues ranging from New York's Blue Note to Washington's Kennedy Center and Boston's Symphony Hall and collaborated with artists such as George Garzone, Danilo Perez, Fred Hersh, Eli Degibri, Anat Cohen, Ferenc Nemeth, Donny McCaslin, Frank London and others.

Current projects include collaboration with Jorge Perez Albela and George Garzone at the "Pisco Trio", collaboration with Japanese pianist Haruka Yabuno at the "Yabuno Ettun Project" collaboration with pianist Bert Seager and his group "The Why", as well as leading the Ehud Ettun Trio (album coming soon) and leading the "Internal Compass Orchestra" - a Boston based orchestra that creates a unique sound though original compositions and improvisations.

Past projects included the release of his debut album "Heading North," featuring original compositions inspired by ECM and contemporary jazz, collaboration with saxophonist Tal Gur, saxophonist Yoni Kretzmer, guitarist Guy Kark and more. In his native Israel, Ehud collaborated with musicians such as Sivan Talmor, Miri Mesika, Zohar Fresco, Adi Rennert and others.

A recipient of the America-Israel Cultural Foundation scholarships and "Zefunot Culture" grants, Ehud has studied at the Jerusalem Music Academy with Michael Klinghoffer and at the New England Conservatory with Dave Holland and Donald Palma.
